P\u0159eprogramov\u00e1n\u00edm dosp\u011bl\u00fdch bun\u011bk tak, aby vykazovaly embryon\u00e1ln\u00ed vlastnosti, by se IPSC mohly st\u00e1t z\u00e1kladem personalizovan\u00e9 regenerativn\u00ed terapie, \u010d\u00edm\u017e by se odstranily etick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny s embryon\u00e1ln\u00edm zdrojem.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Porozum\u011bn\u00ed poru\u0161e autistick\u00e9ho spektra (PAS)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Porucha autistick\u00e9ho spektra (PAS) je mnohostrann\u00fd soubor neurov\u00fdvojov\u00fdch odli\u0161nost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed, kognitivn\u00ed a z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed jedince. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed charakteristiky se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed spektra chov\u00e1n\u00ed, komunikace a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed interakce a jsou pro definici z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Co jsou indukovan\u00e9 pluripotentn\u00ed kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky (iPS)?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Indukovan\u00e9 pluripotentn\u00ed bu\u0148ky vznikaj\u00ed ze somatick\u00fdch (dosp\u011bl\u00fdch nederminovan\u00fdch) bun\u011bk, kter\u00e9 jsou navr\u00e1ceny do stavu podobn\u00e9ho embryon\u00e1ln\u00edm kmenov\u00fdm bu\u0148k\u00e1m. Stejn\u011b jako embryon\u00e1ln\u00ed kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky jsou iPS bu\u0148ky schopny diferenciace na jak\u00fdkoli typ bun\u011bk v t\u011ble, a proto jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za pluripotentn\u00ed.
