Jedn\u00e1 se o metodu l\u00e9\u010dby neplodnosti, co\u017e je stav, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ot\u011bhotn\u011bt ani po roce sna\u017een\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161iny p\u00e1r\u016f. In vitro fertilizace je tak\u00e9 metoda, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 zabr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed genetick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f d\u011btem.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i procesu oplodn\u011bn\u00ed in vitro jsou z vaje\u010dn\u00edk\u016f odebr\u00e1na zral\u00e1 vaj\u00ed\u010dka, kter\u00e1 jsou n\u00e1sledn\u011b v laborato\u0159i oplodn\u011bna spermiemi. Pot\u00e9 se provede proces, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se jedno nebo v\u00edce oplodn\u011bn\u00fdch vaj\u00ed\u010dek, ozna\u010dovan\u00fdch jako embrya, vlo\u017e\u00ed do d\u011blohy. Pokud bylo v d\u011bloze \u017eeny implantov\u00e1no v\u00edce ne\u017e jedno embryo, mohlo by to v\u00e9st k t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed s v\u00edce ne\u017e jedn\u00edm d\u00edt\u011btem. To se ozna\u010duje jako v\u00edce\u010detn\u00fd porod.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1\u0161 zdravotnick\u00fd t\u00fdm v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee pochopit, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se oplodn\u011bn\u00ed in vitro prov\u00e1d\u00ed, jak\u00e1 jsou rizika a zda je to pro v\u00e1s vhodn\u00e1 volba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak\u00fd je d\u016fvod pro <\/strong>oplodn\u011bn\u00ed in vitro<strong>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In vitro oplodn\u011bn\u00ed Turecko je metoda l\u00e9\u010dby neplodnosti nebo genetick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f. P\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e podstoup\u00edte oplodn\u011bn\u00ed in vitro jako l\u00e9\u010dbu neplodnosti, m\u016f\u017eete vy i v\u00e1\u0161 man\u017eel zv\u00e1\u017eit jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti l\u00e9\u010dby, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed co nejmen\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed procedur, kter\u00e9 jsou za\u010dlen\u011bny do t\u011bla. Nap\u0159\u00edklad l\u00e9ky na podporu plodnosti pom\u00e1haj\u00ed vaje\u010dn\u00edk\u016fm produkovat v\u00edce vaj\u00ed\u010dek. Procedura zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako intrauterinn\u00ed inseminace vprav\u00ed spermie do d\u011blohy v dob\u011b, kdy vaje\u010dn\u00edk uvol\u0148uje vaj\u00ed\u010dko, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako ovulace.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In vitro oplodn\u011bn\u00ed se n\u011bkdy nab\u00edz\u00ed jako mo\u017enost l\u00e9\u010dby neplodnosti u osob star\u0161\u00edch 40 let. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 provedeno, pokud trp\u00edte specifick\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi. In vitro fertilizace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad mo\u017enost\u00ed pro v\u00e1s nebo va\u0161eho partnera, pokud jeden z nich trp\u00ed:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ucp\u00e1n\u00ed nebo po\u0161kozen\u00ed vejcovod\u016f. Vaj\u00ed\u010dka se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed mezi vaje\u010dn\u00edky a d\u011blohou prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vejcovodu. Pokud se oba vejcovody ucpou nebo po\u0161kod\u00ed, br\u00e1n\u00ed to oplodn\u011bn\u00ed vaj\u00ed\u010dek nebo p\u0159esunu embrya do d\u011blohy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poruchy ovulace. Pokud ovulace neprob\u00edh\u00e1 nebo nen\u00ed \u010dast\u00e1, je m\u00e9n\u011b vaj\u00ed\u010dek p\u0159ipraveno k oplodn\u011bn\u00ed spermiemi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endometri\u00f3za. Nedostatek spermi\u00ed nebo neobvykl\u00e9 zm\u011bny v jejich velikosti, tvaru \u010di pohybu mohou zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee spermie nejsou schopny oplodnit vaj\u00ed\u010dka. Pokud testy proveden\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159em odhal\u00ed probl\u00e9my s po\u010dtem spermi\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nutn\u00e1 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva l\u00e9ka\u0159e pro neplodnost, kter\u00fd ur\u010d\u00ed, zda existuj\u00ed mo\u017enosti l\u00e9\u010dby nebo jin\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neplodnost, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed vysv\u011btlena. Kdy\u017e jsou vaj\u00ed\u010dka odebr\u00e1na a oplodn\u011bna, jsou testov\u00e1na na specifick\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 poruchy. Ne v\u0161echny tyto choroby v\u0161ak lze odhalit. N\u011bkter\u00e1 embrya, u nich\u017e se nezd\u00e1, \u017ee by m\u011bla genetick\u00fd probl\u00e9m, mohou b\u00fdt um\u00edst\u011bna do d\u011blohy.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutk\u00e1n\u00ed udr\u017eet si plodnost je \u010dasto vyvol\u00e1no rakovinou nebo jin\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi. L\u00e9\u010dba rakoviny, jako je chemoterapie a oza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee plodnost po\u0161kodit. Pokud pl\u00e1nujete zah\u00e1jit l\u00e9\u010dbu rakoviny, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt oplodn\u011bn\u00ed in vitro jednou z mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak ji v budoucnu podstoupit. Tato osoba je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako gesta\u010dn\u00ed nosi\u010dka. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jsou vaj\u00ed\u010dka, kter\u00e1 vyprodukujete, oplodn\u011bna spermiemi, av\u0161ak narozen\u00e1 embrya jsou vlo\u017eena do d\u011blohy gesta\u010dn\u00ed nosi\u010dky.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak prov\u00e9st <\/strong>oplodn\u011bn\u00ed in vitro?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 naj\u00edt spolehlivou kliniku pro l\u00e9\u010dbu neplodnosti. Pokud se nach\u00e1z\u00edte na \u00fazem\u00ed Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention a Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology nab\u00edzej\u00ed informace o konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm po\u010dtu t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a skute\u010dn\u00fdch porod\u016f na klinik\u00e1ch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dasp\u011b\u0161nost kliniky pro l\u00e9\u010dbu neplodnosti z\u00e1vis\u00ed na \u0159ad\u011b faktor\u016f. Je zalo\u017eena na v\u011bku a zdravotn\u00edm stavu pacient\u016f, kter\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, a na l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdch metod\u00e1ch kliniky.
