A mini arm lift is a shorter version of a traditional arm lift (brachioplasty). Instead of a long scar running from the armpit towards the elbow, the surgeon removes an ellipse of skin from the armpit and lifts the upper part of the arm skin upwards. The scar sits in the natural crease of the armpit, which is why some clinics call it an “invisible arm lift”. The scar is real and permanent; it is simply placed where it is hard to see.
